Week 2-Wednesday-Carol


Jenny, are you hungry?? You didn't eat much! All I did today was eat...at least that's what it felt like. I have to be honest...yesterday I left off 2 items(maybe 3). I mean really??? How could I forget what I ate? That just means that I am eating WAY too much this week, and I need to slow it down!

Yesterday's munchies-2 pimento cheese sandwiches and an apple. They were small sandwiches that were given to me by a friend who had them leftover from a shower. That was very sweet of her, but I definitely shouldn't have eaten both!

Today...
Breakfast-1 cup coffee and oatmeal chocolate chip cookie
lunch-lite blueberry yogurt with granola topping, grapes, and a wedge of laughing cow cheese
snack- cheez-its, almonds, 2 skittles, 2 triscuits
dinner-1/2 thick pork chop, greenbeans, 1/2 roll, 1 piece of dark chocolate, 1 bite of key Lime Pie...YUM!!!

If I could erase any of this it would be the pimento cheese sandwiches. I certainly didn't need them. They were good, but really I could live without them. One would have even been better, but somehow I was tempted to eat them both. My goal is to resist that temptation tomorrow as best as possible!
I want my page to look just like Jenny's tomorrow! simple-NOT-complicated
