Breakfast-2 cups of coffee and a breakfast oatmeal chocolate chip cookie

Lunch-baked potato with cheese and butter on it and McDonald's Yogurt with granola

Snack-2 caramel rice cakes and almonds

Dinner-jr hamburger with mustard, ketchup, and pickles from Wendy's with a Diet Coke

Snack-WW cheese wedge and WW ice cream popsicle
