Week 2-Monday and Tuesday-Carol

Monday-I can already tell that I won't lose as much this week as I did last week. This past weekend was rough even though I tried so HARD not to over-do-it on my trip to AL. I'm still trying to eat as healthy as possible for me.

Breakfast-2 cups of coffee and an oatmeal chocolate chip breakfast cookie

lunch-salad with tuna, grapes, cottage cheese, and cranberries, unsweet tea

snack-1 piece of candy (bottlecaps)

dinner-turkey sandwich made on multi-grain flatbread with mustard, cheez-its

snack-almonds and a piece of dove dark chocolate

Tuesday-
Breakfast-2 cups of coffee and an oatmeal chocolate chip breakfast cookie

lunch-small salad with cottage cheese, grapes, and cranberries, 1 package of my favorite candy...bottlecaps!

snack-wedge of laughing cow cheese

dinner- Campbell's vegetable soup, cheez-its

snack-apple, cheez-its, almonds, decaffeinated coffee
