Breakfast- Special K bar and coffee
Lunch- Baked Potato and 1 cup of grapes
Snack- Fiber One Brownie
Dinner- chicken and tater tots
It is almost 7:00 as I am posting this. I would really like a snack before bed but I am going to try and be good and resist! Oprah always says not to eat past 7:00! :O)
