Since Jenny shared the good & bad news in an earlier post I thought it would be appropriate to continue with it. So the good news is that I forgot to step on the scale when I went to school today. The bad news is I know I have gained this week without even stepping on it. I've had the munchies, and I haven't made the best of choices. I've got to watch it carefully this next week, and once again...I need more water to drink!! That's the ultimate goal for this next week.
Breakfast-coffee and oatmeal chocolate chip cookie
Snack-banana
Lunch-chick fil a sandwich and unsweet tea
Snack-WW chocolate popsicle,cup of popcorn, almonds, laughing cow cheese wedge
Dinner-blueberry yogurt with granola
