Week 2 Sat. and Sunday-Carol

I can barely remember all the food I ate yesterday so I'm just going to write down everything I remember from the two days combined.

Breakfast for both days-oatmeal and 2 cups of coffee, peppermint mocha from McDonald's

Snack-cheez-its, 1 york peppermint patty, pretzels, small piece of cake, unsweet tea, coffee, almonds

Lunch-both days...turkey sandwich on pita bread with laughing cow cheese and avacado instead of mustard

Dinner-smart ones baked ziti, baked sweet potato
