Monday-Carol

Breakfast-Breakfast oatmeal chocolate chip cookie and 1 cup of coffee

Lunch-blueberries, sweet potatoes,green beans, and a salad with egg, spinach,grapes, and cranberries on it, unsweet tea

Snack-bite of a small candy bar, almonds,

Dinner-Turkey sub sandwich with lettuce, tomato, banana peppers, oil & vinegar, spicy mustard with diet coke to drink

Snack-Weight Watchers ice cream, 2 small York Peppermint patties
