Week 2-Thursday-Carol

Breakfast-1 cup of coffee and 1/2 bowl of high fiber oatmeal

lunch-tomato soup with shredded cheese on top and 1 piece of mexican cornbread

snack-5 skittles, 3 triscuits, 1 wedge of laughing cow cheese

dinner-turkey sandwich on flat pita bread

snack-chocolate pudding

Weigh in is tomorrow. I'm not anticipating a loss at all, and that's ok as long as it's not a GAIN!!!
