Wednesday-Carol

Breakfast-Oatmeal Breakfast cookie and 2 cups of coffee

Lunch- salad with tuna, grapes and cranberries, boiled egg, unsweet tea

Snack-caramel rice cake,

Dinner-McDonald's grilled sandwich, diet coke

Snack-almonds, 4 pringles, fiber one chocolate brownie, & cheez-its
