Breakfast-oatmeal chocolate chip cookie and 2 cups coffee

Snack-grapes

Lunch-small salad with 3 olives, cottage cheese, grapes, cranberries, and spinach

Snack-triscuits with hummus, 2 high fiber blueberry cookies

Dinner-spaghetti

Snack-almonds, WW ice cream bar, hot tea
