Lunch- Baked Potato and grapes
Snack- Special K bar
Dinner- BBQ chicken (I actually only hate about 3 bites, it was nasty), carrots, and pineapples
* I know I am eating like a bird right now and I do feel hungry. The problem is that I spent Wed-Sun of last week enjoying myself very much in the kitchen. Now I am suffering the consequences trying to get my weight back down to where it was last Wednesday morning. UGH!
