Breakfast- Special K bar and coffee
Lunch- This was a challenge. I forgot to order a baked potato from the cafeteria so I was in a dilemma come lunch time. I could have gone for the crispito or the chicken sandwich. Instead I chose a cup of carrots, a cup of Au Grauten potatoes, and a cup of grapes.
Snack- I had a bite size Snickers bar and dry cereal (I am a cereal addict)
Dinner- We went to Three Guys Pizza for Ava's soccer celebration. I did eat 2 small garlic knots, a handful of fries, and half a chicken sandwich. (Probably not the healthiest meal but I did control my portions)
* I managed to get in a lot of water today which is not usually a problem for me. I tend to drink a lot of water anyway. I just need to work on the exercise still.
* I do have to say that I already feel better. It is amazing how much better you can feel when you eat better!
