Week 1 Day 1, Jenny



So I made it through day one. Whew! It was actually a lot easier than most days, but day one is always the easiest. Here is what I ate today:

Breakfast- Special K Bar
Lunch- Weight Watchers Smart Ones Pizza and grapes
Dinner- Subway sandwich and Baked Lays Chips
* I did have half of Ava's cookie she got at the mall. This is something I am going to have to be careful about doing. I am terrible about nibbling on the girls' fries or snacks that they don't finish. The "little nibbles" can add up to lots of calories.

Exercise- None today considering I didn't get home until 8:00 tonight. Of course, we did have the Tiger Crawl this morning at school so I did get a couple of laps in around the parking lot.
