I lost 1 pound this week so that is really just the pound I had gained last week. My total is 3 pounds which is still a loss so I will take it! Slow and steady wins the race.
Just to blog a bit about these next 2 days. I have a tendency to pig out the entire day when I know I am going to have a big meal. It is like I give myself permission to eat all day. It is nuts! I am going to try to avoid that over the next couple of days. For example, this morning I had my coffee and my Special K bar this morning. I plan to have a low calorie lunch and then eat my big Thanksgiving meal tonight. I plan to do the same thing tomorrow. It is crazy to eat all day just because I am having a big meal for dinner. It is silly to gain a couple of pounds in 2 days just to spend the next 2 weeks trying to lose them. It is all definitely a mind thing. My next weigh day will be next Friday, December 2.
