Monday, Jenny

Breakfast- Oatmeal breakfast cookie and coffee

Lunch- Baked Potato and grapes

Snack- Special K bar and hershey kisses

Dinner-- roast and peas

Snack- I had half a poptart. Not a good choice at all. In fact, it didn't even taste good. Don't you hate when you waste calories like that? UGH!
