Lunch-Salad with no dressing with grapes, 2 olives, blueberries and cranberries and pinto beans and squash separately
Snack-3 animal crackers, small handful of M & M's
Dinner-Oatmeal and yogurt parfait from McDonald's
Snack- 1/2 pumpkin pie shake(YUM), almonds and 2 dark chocolate Dove Squares
I've got to do better next week...This doesn't sound like a diet at all, but it was sooo good!
